This is at NO COST to you for the design services. This is $5000 minimum value that Novanlord Realty is offering its purchasing clients for FREE.

If you both SELL and PURCHASE a home through Novanlord Realty, you will also receive the design services for free. Sellers receive free staging.

A complete conceptual design for your space (up to 2500 sf)based on your needs and preferences.
A floorplan for furniture layout.
Renderings/Drawings of what your design will look like.
Materials/Fabrics/Window Treatments/Samples, etc.
